By using these features, you authorize us and our third-party providers to access and process your financial information as necessary to provide the requested functionality, such as expense tracking, transaction review, and related financial features.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Financial integrations are provided by third-party services, and we do not control their systems, availability, or data sources
• We do not store your bank login credentials
• Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or categorization of financial data provided by third parties
• Your use of such services is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect any financial account you link to the Services.

The Services are not intended to provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should verify financial information before relying on it for business, tax, or accounting decisions.

9. Invoices, Quotes, and Business Records

The Services may allow you to create, manage, send, or store invoices, quotes, client records, vendor records, employee or contractor records, and related business information.

You are responsible for reviewing all records, invoices, quotes, amounts, tax details, payment terms, and other business information for accuracy before using or sending them.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, disputes, unpaid invoices, tax reporting obligations, or business decisions made based on information entered into or generated by the Services.

10. Location-Based Features

The Services may include optional location-based features, including background location tracking, to support functionality such as tracking client visits or activity.

You are responsible for enabling, disabling, and managing location permissions through the Services or your device settings.

Location data may not always be precise, complete, or available, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of location-based records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsupial Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from financial integrations, third-party financial data, email integrations, location-based features, invoices, quotes, business records, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marsupial Solutions LLC from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Data, content, or information you submit, connect, send, or process through the Services
• Your use of financial, email, location, invoicing, quote, or business record features

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued access may create risk, liability, or harm to the Company, users, or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
