Data Deletion Request

Marsupial Solutions LLC allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

To request deletion, email support@marsutech.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including account information, client records, vendor records, job/service records, invoices, quotes, location history, and connected integration data, unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Disconnecting third-party integrations, such as email or financial account connections, will stop future access to those accounts. You may also revoke access directly through the third-party provider.

Some deleted data may remain temporarily in backups before being permanently removed according to our backup retention practices.
